Dehydrated Quandong

Quandongs are high in Vitamin C and have a tart flavour that is totally unique. The fruit is picked fresh, the stone removed and it is then dehydrated the same day to capture it's unique flavour. Quandongs add a refreshing tartness to mamy foods such as pies, cakes, pavlovas and yogurt.
