Our goal was simple: to create the world's best artisan crackers. Honestly, we didn't think it would be that hard given what's currently available in the market for gluten free snacks! We would have been satisfied with a product that fell somewhere between traditional gluten free options and those that contain gluten. However, what we ended up with was a cracker that surpasses even the best.
