The JOSEPH First Run is a premium, seasonal Australian olive oil from Primo Estate South Australia which uses fruit picked at the beginning of the olive harvest. The fruit was cold pressed, blended and bottled in early July. Its known for its vibrant green colour and intense, fresh, grassy, green banana and peppery flavour profile.
