Our finest Quality Nuga is faithfully made to a traditional recipe passed down by the original Maestro di torrone. Every piece is generously filled with crisp roasted almonds and artfully blended with seasonal Australian Honeys. 
Iron bar Honey is collected from the eucalyptus Woodlands of eastern Australia. It has a mild flavour, with light caramel notes and a hint of butterscotch.
