Baked Camembert with Chilli Honey & Thyme

Ingredients
- 1 whole Camembert
- 2 tbsp Quinsby Chilli Honey
- 1 tbsp Joseph olive oil
- Crushed Chilli
- Fresh thyme
- 1 garlic clove (optional)
- Crusty bread or artisan crackers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Remove packaging and place the camembert in a small baking dish.
- Score the top of the cheese in a criss-cross pattern.
- Drizzle with honey, crushed chilli and olive oil.
- Add fresh thyme and finely sliced garlic (optional).
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until soft and gooey inside.
- Serve immediately with warm bread or crackers.
